Garifa Shiksha Niketan Trust is a non-profit organisation with UNIQUE ID: WB/2015/0093942, working mainly for propagating education and literacy in the jute mill area of Gouripore Naihati. It is running and managing SHIKSHA NIKETAN primary school housed in two storey building at 462 2 R B C Road P O Garifa Distt. North 24 Parganas Pin 743166.It is conducting examinations of the Pracheen Kala Kendra Chandigarh each year. It organizes extra curricular activities like drawing computer education games and Yoga. It organizes seminar on different literary topics every year.In the school Science Exhibition is held each year.Students display different science experiments and projects pertaining to daily life. Guardians visit the said exhibition and get inspired.

Garifa Shiksha Niketan Trust mainly works for catering education among the poor and under privileged students. For fulfilling our mission, we are running a school named 'SHIKSHA NIKETAN' which is both Hindi and English Medium Primary School. We also publish a semi-annual Hindi magazine 'PADARPAN' ISSN2321-5127.
It is well connected with the neighbouring society. It creates awareness among common people regarding health, education and cleanliness.
